335g cherry tomatoes
½ tbsp olive oil
250g conchiglie pasta
200g mange promote, managed
250g bacon lardons
2 garlic cloves, squashed
1½ tsp wholegrain mustard
200ml low-fat crème fraîche
33g new level leaf parsley, leaves washed, picked and generally hacked

Preheat the flame broil to medium. Put the tomatoes on a preparing plate, shower with the olive oil and season. Cook under the barbecue for 5-6 minutes.
