Got some extra pork? Prepare this fiery stew, prepared in only 25 minutes
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, finely slashed
2 cloves garlic, slashed
1 tsp smoked paprika, in addition to a squeeze to serve
0.5 tsp bean stew powder
1 tsp dried blended spices
300 g extra meal pork, destroyed
390 g tinned slashed tomatoes
600 g tinned new potatoes, depleted and flushed
1 tsp sugar
260 g youthful leaf spinach
6 tbsp low fat regular yogurt
Warmth the oil in an enormous pot, include the onion and cook for 5 minutes until brilliant. Include the garlic, paprika, bean stew powder and spices and cook for a couple of moments.
Include the pork, tomatoes, potatoes and sugar. Season and stew delicately for 8 minutes until thick.
In the interim, placed the spinach in a huge bowl. Spread with bubbling water and mix until shriveled. Channel well in a colander, squeezing out the abundance water with a spoon. Add to the stew and warmth for a further 2 minutes.
Present with a spot of yogurt and touch of paprika.
