90g container sundried tomato glue

750g side of salmon

1 lemon

New parsley, to serve

Preheat the stove to 200°C/gas mark 6 and line a huge preparing plate with greaseproof paper. Spread the sundried tomato glue on head of the salmon, at that point lay it in on the lined plate. Crush over the juice from a large portion of the lemon, at that point cut the other half into cuts and lay on top.

Prepare the salmon in the stove for 18-20 minutes, until it’s cooked through and chips without any problem. Sprinkle over the parsley to serve.
