740 g line-got cod filets

2 tbsp Thai red curry glue

2 carrots, stripped

1 yellow pepper, deseeded and daintily cut

1 red pepper, deseeded and daintily cut

200 g mange promote, split

250 g medium egg noodles

Zing and juice of 1 lime

14 g new coriander, leaves picked and generally hacked

1 additional lime, cut into wedges, to serve

Preheat the stove to 180°C, fan 160°C fan, gas 4. Brush the cod filets with the curry glue. Put in a safe spot.

Utilize a peeler to cut the carrots into dainty ribbons.Toss along with the cut peppers and mange promote.
