TURMERIC LATTE

Who needs espresso when you can have this bright turmeric latte, spiced with ginger and cinnamon? Make it with almond milk for a more advantageous vegetarian treat

Fixings

250ml unsweetened almond milk

1 star anise

½ tsp ground turmeric

1cm new ginger, stripped and generally ground

½ tsp ground cinnamon, in addition to extra to serve

1½ tsp agave

Strategy

Warm all the fixings in a little pot over a medium warmth until steaming. Race until very much joined and foamy, at that point serve in a mug with a sprinkling of cinnamon and the star anise on top.
